Job description
About the Role
We are urgently hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our PhonePe sales team across Mumbai. This position involves onboarding new merchants onto the PhonePe platform and establishing productive partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new merchants and create partnerships for PhonePe.
- Promote PhonePe products among local businesses.
- Consistently meet daily sales targets.
- Educate customers on how to use the PhonePe app and its advantages.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th-grade completed.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹21,000.
- Travel allowance of ₹4,200 per month.
- Additional incentives up to ₹25,000 based on performance.
Additional Information
Location for the position is Mumbai. The role involves direct interaction with local merchants and customers. This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.
