Job Overview
Immediate hiring for experienced Field Sales Executives in the banking sector is underway. This role involves engaging customers directly in the field to open savings accounts and market various financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and facilitate the opening of Savings/Current Accounts (CASA).
- Conduct customer outreach in person to open accounts.
- Promote and sell general insurance products.
- Meet potential clients directly at their locations.
- Generate new customers and leads independently.
- Achieve pre-set monthly targets.
Monthly Target
Open 100 savings accounts per month.
Compensation
Fixed salary of ₹35,000 plus attractive incentives.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of sales or field sales experience.
- Experience in banking, CASA, insurance, loans, credit cards, or field sales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work actively in the field.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
- Freshers are not eligible to apply.
