About the Role
Execura Staffing and Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Field Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing department located at Ring Road Circle, Naroda, Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires someone enthusiastic about meeting sales targets, developing new business, and fostering strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allocated territory by engaging with electrical dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Promote company’s range of products and convert sales inquiries into confirmed orders to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
- Onboard and develop dealer and distributor networks; communicate product information, pricing structures, commercial terms, and sustain long-term partnerships ensuring steady product movement and repeat transactions.
- Conduct regular market visits following established routes and sales plans; gather market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to enhance market coverage.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by managing quotations, enquiries, pending orders, addressing concerns, and following up on payments and collections per company policies.
- Submit daily reports covering field visits, sales, orders, payments, and market insights; accurately manage and update customer databases.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in field sales; however, freshers demonstrating strong communication skills and an aptitude for sales are also welcome.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasive skills coupled with negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable with traveling extensively as part of field sales activities.
- Basic familiarity with electrical or LED lighting products is advantageous.
- Competent in developing and managing dealer and distributor relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, disciplined, and consistently result-oriented.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Growth in dealer and customer base with increased enquiries and orders.
- Successful conversion rate from enquiries to orders and retention of repeat customers.
- Efficient development of dealer and distributor networks.
- Timely follow up on payments and collections.
- Consistent productivity in daily field visits and thorough territorial market coverage.
- Accurate and prompt sales and market reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary up to ₹20,000 per month commensurate with experience and suitability.
