Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to engage in active fieldwork, focusing on generating leads for agricultural and MSME loans. This role involves direct customer interaction and requires diligent processing of loan documentation using digital platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads for loans by engaging with potential customers in the field.
- Gather, verify, and process necessary KYC and customer documents accurately.
- Utilize digital applications such as Salesforce FOS and SBOSS Assist App for loan processing tasks.
- Submit detailed daily reports reflecting field activities and lead updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational background: 12th grade completed, graduate, or post-graduate qualifications.
- Age between 21 and 34 years.
- Applicants may be freshers or have at least one year of experience in banking or NBFC sectors.
- Must possess a smartphone, a valid two-wheeler driving license, and own a personal motorbike.
Compensation and Other Details
- Monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 30,000, with total cost to company approximately INR 20,000.
- Includes benefits such as Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF).
- Position is designated for male candidates only.
