Role Summary

As a Field Sales Executive at PBPartners, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding insurance agents within your designated area. Your role focuses on motivating and supporting agents to meet and exceed sales targets through active engagement, training, field visits, and policy assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents within the assigned territory
• Provide guidance and support to agents for business generation
• Conduct regular field visits to engage and train agents
• Motivate agents to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Help agents understand products and facilitate policy processing
• Drive target achievement via the agency network

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Open to freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience
• Willingness to perform field sales activities
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities
• Self-driven and target-focused
