Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join the core growth team at Paytm. Successful candidates will be on Paytm's payroll and play a critical role in expanding the merchant base by enrolling local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to local markets and retail establishments to recruit new merchants.
- Install Paytm QR codes at merchant venues to facilitate payments.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business users.
- Provide training to merchants on proper use of Paytm devices and address related questions or issues.
Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter to carry out field activities.
Additional Information
- Position offers competitive weekly and monthly bonuses based on performance.
