About the Role
This opportunity is for a Field Sales Executive role within a reputed Fintech company, offering direct joining without interviews and on-the-job training at designated gate meeting points. Positions are available in multiple locations including Mumbai, Pune, PCMC, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Baramati, Indapur, Nagpur, Latur, Satara, Sangali, Kolhapur City, Ratnagiri, Mahabaleshwar, Wai, Khandala, Ahmedabad, Delhi, UP, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell digital payment solutions such as QR Codes, Sound Boxes, EDC Machines, and loan services by visiting nearby shops on foot.
- Engage in regular revisits to strengthen customer relationships and boost sales revenue.
- Maximize sales opportunities leading to increased earnings through performance incentives.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn a fixed in-hand salary of 21,000 INR plus attractive incentives along with a monthly travel allowance of 2,600 INR. Additional benefits include Provident Fund contributions and medical facilities to support employee welfare.
Work Schedule and Qualifications
- Working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM daily.
- Minimum educational qualification ranging from SSC to Graduate level.
- Applicable age bracket between 19 and 45 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a smartphone is mandatory for the role.
