Job Overview

Advance your career in retail merchandising by joining us as a full-time Retail Merchandiser supporting a leading consumer packaged goods client. This position involves performing in-store merchandising duties such as product shelving, display setup, and ensuring stores comply with merchandising plans and product availability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising assignments following planograms and schematic store layouts, including fixture resets.
• Organize daily service routes by assessing call objectives, revisiting tasks from prior visits, and preparing necessary equipment and promotional materials to meet deadlines.
• Maintain promotional display standards by managing stock on shelves and displays, spotting and resolving product shortages, optimizing display placements, and rotating inventory with attention to expiration dates.
• Engage constructively with store teams to communicate tasks, sales promotions, client goals, and work completed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong collaborative relationships with store staff to fulfill company and client expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or sales roles is essential.
• Reliable personal transportation paired with a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating well with others.
• Familiarity with basic office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical stamina to lift between 30-50 pounds and remain on feet for long periods.
• Availability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
