Field Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

Role Overview

Elevate your career in retail merchandising by joining us as a Full-time Retail Merchandiser dedicated to supporting in-store execution for a major consumer packaged goods client. This position involves diverse tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring merchandise availability aligns with planograms for optimum store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising initiatives including following planograms and schematic store layouts, performing resets as needed.
• Organize and prioritize daily activities by reviewing previous calls and objectives, preparing tools and materials to meet deadlines effectively.
• Maintain compliance with promotional displays, replenish stock, address product gaps and voids, position point-of-sale materials correctly, monitor product expiration dates, and rotate inventory systematically.
• Engage productively with store personnel to communicate task requirements, sales campaigns, promotion details, and client goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering collaborative relationships with store teams to achieve company and client targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in merchandising or sales roles is preferred.
• Possession of valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
• Capability to independently manage responsibilities and collaborate effectively with colleagues and store employees.
• Basic proficiency with computer software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical fitness to lift items weighing 30 to 50 pounds and to remain standing for prolonged periods.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary is estimated to range between $38,520 and $43,680 annually at posting time.
