Job Overview

Vinperk Solutions is looking for a Field Recruiter based in Koyembedu, Chennai, with flexibility to travel to areas like Velachery, Siruseri, and other regions within Chennai. This permanent, full-time, day-shift role involves sourcing entry-level candidates by directly engaging with jobseekers in various local venues. Individuals with at least six months of experience in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, malls, job fairs, NGOs, and training centers across Tamil Nadu to find and interact with jobseekers actively searching for roles.
• Focus on candidates holding Intermediate/Diploma qualifications, also welcoming Degree and Postgraduate applicants.
• Conduct presentations to explain job openings and counsel students on available opportunities.
• Develop and maintain robust connections with small-scale local consultancies for daily manpower sourcing.
• Explore and identify new recruiting channels to enhance the quality and quantity of manpower leads.
• Manage and update candidate records and communicate relevant leads to the recruitment team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Residence close to Koyembedu with willingness to travel across Chennai frequently.
• Proficient in Tamil and possess good English communication abilities.
• Educational qualification: any degree or master's degree completed.
• Demonstrate strong skills in identifying and engaging a large volume of jobseekers.
• Excellent at building relationships, persuading candidates, and coordinating effectively.
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and ready for frequent travel.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
• Performance-based incentive structure to reward achievements.
• Travel allowance provided for job-related commuting.

Additional Information

This is a daytime, full-time permanent position based in Chennai with a focus on continuous field engagement to drive recruitment. Candidates with at least half a year of sales experience are eligible.
