Job Overview
Zomato is seeking energetic and proactive individuals to assist with recruiting and onboarding new delivery partners. This role involves guiding candidates through the joining formalities, verifying their documentation, and preparing them for their duties. The position is primarily field-based, requiring essential coordination and communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective delivery partners by conducting local area visits, campaigns, and leveraging referrals.
- Facilitate the onboarding steps, including application installation, completing KYC protocols, and providing necessary training.
- Ensure that all delivery partners comply with Zomato's eligibility criteria and that their documents meet required standards.
- Provide clear explanations to delivery partners regarding payment details, incentive programs, app functionalities, and expected behaviour guidelines.
- Maintain records of daily onboarding numbers and report progress to the team leader.
- Offer support to delivery partners by resolving basic inquiries and troubleshooting app-related issues during the onboarding phase.
- Achieve a daily target of onboarding three to four delivery partners.
