Field Recruiter - Delivery Partner Onboarding

About the Role

We are seeking proactive, energetic, and self-driven individuals to take charge of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new Delivery Partners (Smart Pixels) for Swiggy. This is a fully field-based position focused predominantly on blue-collar recruitment and operational coordination at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in field sourcing by identifying and pitching Swiggy delivery roles to potential candidates via direct market visits, local campaigns, flyer distribution, and leveraging referrals.
• Assist candidates through the onboarding process including installation and profile setup on the Swiggy Delivery Partner app alongside thorough verification of essential documents such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, RC, and Bank details.
• Provide comprehensive training and briefing about app usage, delivery zones, payment structures, weekly incentives, and service etiquette.
• Distribute Swiggy kits including delivery bags and t-shirts to successfully onboarded partners.
• Achieve daily targets by activating 3 to 4 new delivery partners.
• Keep accurate daily records of candidate interactions and submit progress reports to the Team Lead.
• Assist newly onboarded partners in troubleshooting app-related issues and answering basic queries during their initial use.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass or graduates eligible.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior involvement in blue-collar hiring, field sales, telecom/SIM activations, or field marketing is advantageous.
• Language: Effective communication skills in the local language (Hindi or relevant regional language).
• Assets: Ownership of a smartphone (preferably Android) and two-wheeler vehicle with valid driving license needed for field work.
• Personal Traits: Energetic attitude, persuasive communication skills, and a strong focus on achieving targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary in the range of INR 25,000 to 36,000 with appealing performance incentives based on onboarding success.
• Additional fuel or travel allowances according to company policies.
