Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as delivery partners for food delivery services. This position offers full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling opportunities across city zones including Patna, Bihar.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pickup food orders from partner restaurants.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Maintain the safety and hygiene of orders during transportation.
- Efficiently use the Swiggy delivery application.
- Interact politely and respectfully with customers at all times.
- Handle cash and online payments when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possess a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) for deliveries.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Basic understanding and speaking ability in Hindi.
- Open to freshers and new entrants.
