Role Overview

The Field Promoter functions as the frontline representative responsible for acquiring customers and onboarding logistics partners—such as drivers and vehicle owners—into the Porter platform. Operating primarily in designated local areas, this role facilitates app adoption, registrations, and promotes Porter’s services effectively.

Core Duties

• Scout busy locations including transport hubs, logistics centers, commercial areas, and driver stands to identify potential prospects.
• Present Porter’s business model and emphasize benefits such as earning potential, flexible working hours, and application features to prospective leads.
• Generate leads by networking with vehicle owners, independent drivers, and local enterprises needing logistics services.
• Assist drivers and clients with downloading the Porter Partner or customer application and ensure smooth onboarding procedures.
• Collect, verify, and manage essential documents such as Driving License, RC book, Aadhar card, and PAN card.
• Accurately enter onboarding details into the digital database to complete partner registrations.
• Provide hands-on training for newly onboarded driver-partners on app use, ride booking management, and earnings tracking.
• Encourage new partners to complete their first booking to foster engagement.
• Meet or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding goals.
• Maintain thorough records of field activities, conversions, and potential follow-ups.
• Convey feedback and local market trends regularly to senior operations management.

Additional Details

This position is office-based requiring active fieldwork within Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The salary range offered is between 21,000 to 35,000 INR monthly.
