Role Overview
Join the Food & Water Services team to facilitate lifecycle service growth through spare parts, upgrades, service agreements, and tailored technical service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project-specific cost estimates by liaising with local service providers and contractors, achieving competitive bids through negotiation and ensuring proposals are both technically sound and commercially viable.
- Oversee customer projects in the Middle East via continuous engagement such as site visits and coordination with project teams.
- Work collaboratively with service execution teams, subcontractors, customers, and sales departments to ensure project alignment.
- Participate actively in client meetings and site discussions to aid project execution and proposal formulation.
- Track project progress and financial performance, ensuring adherence to approved plans and minimizing budget deviations.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet project timelines and resolve execution issues.
- Handle selection and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring project integration and quality service standards.
- Supervise on-site operations including execution, commissioning, and startup phases alongside client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks throughout project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Between 4 to 8 years of experience in project engineering, field execution, commissioning, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Strong technical acumen combined with commercial insight, negotiation prowess, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred proficiency in the Italian language.
- Experience in working with customers and contractors across the Middle East is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and perform on-site duties as necessary.
