About amliré
amliré is an innovative AI-powered TV platform designed to empower institutions and organizations with complete control over their internal communications. Recognized as one of the top startups accelerated by IIM Kozhikode LIVE in 2018 and currently incubated at Kerala Startup Mission, amliré enables institutions to establish their own smart TV channels, broadcasting tailored content simultaneously across multiple locations and screens, all managed through a centralized dashboard without requiring a technical team.
Role Overview
The Field Operations Assistant is crucial for on-site execution, ensuring that all TV screens and related hardware are correctly installed and operational before broadcasting begins. This role involves direct fieldwork including mounting, cabling, and testing equipment, as well as ongoing maintenance and support across our client network.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical installation of TVs at client premises, including drilling, fitting, and wiring.
- Set up and verify amliré units functionality on-site.
- Travel extensively within our service network to conduct installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage schedules and provide detailed reporting.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and personal two-wheeler transport.
- Proven practical experience with TV mounting and installation tasks.
- Strong enthusiasm for fieldwork and frequent travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical training such as ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Fitter disciplines.
- A valid driving license for cars is advantageous but not mandatory.
