Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organized Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 among designated retail partners. The key responsibilities include ensuring product availability, accurate merchandising, correct pricing, and readiness for customer demonstrations. This position supports retailer staff and reports insights on store conditions and competitor activities to the Business Manager - Tech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold merchandising standards and visual display guidelines in assigned retail outlets.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced, tagged, and organized effectively.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and customer-friendly product presentation environment.
• Set up promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and showcase new product launches appropriately.
• Observe competitors’ merchandising practices and monitor current market trends.
• Follow planograms and shelf placement instructions carefully across locations.
• Keep product demo units clean, secure, correctly priced, and labeled according to promotions.
• Install and maintain display materials and new product launch communications as approved.
• Propose improvements to product visibility to the Business Manager - Tech.
• Track inventory levels on sales floors and coordinate stock replenishment with store teams.
• Identify and report out-of-stock, slow-moving, damaged, or excess stock items promptly.
• Ensure correct product placement and rotation, including positioning compatible accessories near Insta360 products where possible.
• Conduct routine store visits per schedules, auditing displays and reporting on merchandising compliance.
• Capture and submit photographic evidence and detailed reports during store visits, noting any issues.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with store managers and sales staff.
• Check that demo and display units are operational, fully charged, secure, and supplied with product information.
• Support store teams in maximizing product visibility and sales, including assisting with promotions and marketing activities.
• Provide brief product knowledge refreshers to staff and relay common customer feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit regular merchandising activity and compliance reports, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Observe competitor pricing, promotions, and demo setup to inform company strategy.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and their practical application.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with retail teams.
• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting applications.
• Sharp attention to detail and observational capabilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle merchandising materials.
• Availability and flexibility to support weekend hours or promotional events when necessary.
• Comfortable using consumer electronic devices, mobile applications, and performing simple app/device pairing.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
