About the Company and Role
M/S Akshat Enterprises operates in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, specializing in premium tiles and bathroom fittings from well-known brands such as Johnson, Kajaria, and Jaquar. The company is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to proactively represent its products in the local market with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to construction sites, including new house projects and renovations.
- Engage with homeowners and key decision-makers to promote company products.
- Establish and nurture relationships with architects, builders, contractors, plumbers, and interior designers.
- Maintain consistent brand visibility within the local market.
- Source and qualify leads related to tiles and bathroom fittings.
- Gather detailed project information such as construction phase, area, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain and update leads daily using CRM or other reporting tools.
- Liaise with the showroom sales team to ensure proper follow-up and sales closure.
- Develop enduring partnerships with market influencers and referral contacts.
- Perform regular follow-ups on ongoing projects to support sales progress.

The position is heavily field-oriented requiring a proactive, disciplined approach focused on relationship management and business development.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 12,000 and 18,000 INR.
