Field Loan Executive

About the Role and Company

State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking to immediately hire Field Loan Executives to work across multiple locations including Chennai, Tambaram, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, and Nagercoil. This role involves extensive fieldwork to generate and manage loan leads for the bank.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to customers and meet prospective loan applicants in person.
• Generate new loan leads by actively engaging in field visits.
• Provide clear explanations regarding various loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Collect and verify customer documents necessary for loan processing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers about their loan application status.
• Coordinate closely with the branch or loan processing team to facilitate smooth application handling.
• Regularly monitor and maintain contact with potential customers.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly performance targets assigned.
