Job Overview
State Bank of India is urgently recruiting Field ATM Technicians for multiple locations including Chennai, Tambaram, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, and Nagercoil. This position welcomes candidates both fresh graduates and those with prior experience, provided they hold any degree qualification.
Key Duties
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance visits at ATM sites.
- Address and resolve ATM breakdowns and customer service complaints.
- Diagnose and fix basic technical problems encountered at ATMs.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and perform routine operational checks to ensure machines are fully functional.
- Collaborate with the support and service teams as needed to enhance ATM operations.
- Document service activities by maintaining detailed reports and updating work progress status.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company-defined service standards.
Remuneration and Benefits
