Field Executive - Zonal Data Captain

Role Summary

As a Zonal Data Captain, you will be responsible for managing the business pipeline within your designated zone by identifying, converting, and overseeing commercial clients for video data collection. This is a fully field-based role requiring high ownership, where your income scales with your daily successful conversions.

Primary Duties

• Convert new businesses daily for video data collection services.
• Focus on multi-worker environments such as factories, workshops, service centers, warehouses, and kitchens.
• Ensure all conversion documentation is accurately completed with verified information.
• Explore and establish presence in new towns, industrial clusters, and commercial corridors.
• Develop thorough understanding of local business hubs and categories to strategically expand the territory.
• Attend recording days at converted businesses to address owners' concerns, resolve access or scheduling issues, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the recording process.

Contract Details

• Duration: Full-time contract for 6 months.
• Work Mode: Entirely field-based with extensive daily travel within assigned zones and mapped towns.
• Reporting Structure: Daily updates to Zone Lead and internal coordinators.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000, irrespective of incentives.
• Uncapped daily incentives based on slab targets, paid monthly, allowing for increased earnings corresponding to performance.
