Position Summary
We are seeking energetic Field Executives to join our team immediately. The role involves inspecting Reliance Campa branded refrigerators at various retail shops to ensure they meet company standards. This is an on-field position with a blend of routine auditing and market monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting retail outlets to inspect Reliance Campa refrigerators
- Conducting audits on refrigerator condition and proper branding
- Engaging in field market activities to report insights
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of completing 10th grade
- Comfortable working extensively in field conditions
- Must possess a smartphone for work-related communications
- Own a two-wheeler for commuting to different locations
Compensation and Benefits
Employees will receive a fixed monthly salary along with travel allowances. Additional incentives or commissions are also part of the remuneration package, rewarding strong performance.
