We are seeking a skilled Field Worker to manage repair and maintenance duties specifically for Epson printers. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting at various customer sites, including handling walk-in clients and office-based repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues and repair Epson printers with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to service requests at customer locations, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Assist walk-in customers by providing immediate support and repair services in the office.
- Identify faulty components and replace necessary spare parts to restore proper functionality.
