About the Company
The company specializes in meter management by overseeing panel operations for India's TV audience measurement system. It is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of meters that form the TV panel following the sample design and guidelines specified by BARC India.
Role Overview
The Field Executive will be responsible for managing designated territories within Navi Mumbai, specifically in pin codes 400701, 400703, 400705, 400706, and 400708. Preferred candidates will be from Ghansoli, Vashi, Sanpada, Juinagar, Nerul, Seawoods, and Airoli areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Traveling daily between 100 to 120 kilometers within the assigned area.
- Performing maintenance and upkeep of devices installed at selected households.
- Carrying out fieldwork according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting listing and other field-related tasks including door-to-door surveys requiring leg work.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum education of graduation or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience is flexible; both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Male candidates only.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should reside within 10 to 20 kilometers of the specified pin code locations.
- Candidates or their blood relatives must not be connected to cable operators, politicians, media companies, or internet service providers.
- Preference is given first to graduates then to those with undergraduate degrees and substantial field experience.
Employment Details
- Salary range between 20,000 and 27,000 INR per month (approximately 2.0 to 3.0 lakh INR per annum).
- General shift timing with Sundays off.
- Extensive fieldwork required, primarily involving travel by bike combined with on-foot survey work.
Additional Information
- Candidates should be willing to comply with all field-related tasks.
- Own transportation (bike) is mandatory.
- Work locations mainly in Navi Mumbai regions as specified.
