Role Overview

YES BANK is inviting applications from fresh B.Com graduates for the CPA Executive role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position involves a one-year apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), designed to provide hands-on experience in banking operations, document handling, data processing, and risk evaluation processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Examine and validate files and documents according to established procedures.
• Input and manage case files within the banking system efficiently.
• Create Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM) following prescribed protocols.
• Ensure precise data entry and maintain up-to-date records in banking databases.
• Commence and support risk-assessment activities.
• Guarantee completeness and accuracy of documents and associated data.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments to facilitate seamless file processing.
• Adhere strictly to bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a B.Com degree and be a recent graduate.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and basic computer operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• High level of precision and keen attention to detail is required.
• Should be motivated to work within a banking operations setting.

Apprenticeship and Working Conditions

• This role is offered as an apprenticeship under the NATS framework lasting for one year.
• Successful apprentices will be awarded a government-recognized completion certificate.
• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Weekly holidays fall on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, as well as every Sunday.
• Employment is located onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
