Job description
Role Overview
The Field Collection Executive will be tasked with physically visiting clients to recuperate outstanding payments, gather necessary documents, and ensure financial dues owed to the organization are collected efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to customers to collect pending payments and necessary documents on behalf of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and communicate progress to the management team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid dues to support company cash flow objectives.
Additional Information
This position requires travelling to various client locations within the assigned territory and handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
