About the Team
The Debt Management division plays a crucial role in recovering outstanding payments from customers promptly and efficiently. This team develops and refines collection strategies across multiple channels to reduce defaults and enhance cash flow. They prioritize maintaining a positive customer experience while maximizing collection outcomes by leveraging data insights, segmentation, and targeted interventions.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and autonomous individuals to join our energetic Field Debt Management team. As a Field Debt Management Executive, you will be instrumental in handling and recovering overdue payments from customers within our personal loan portfolio. The position requires visiting customers at their residences to ensure timely loan repayments, maintaining professionalism, and following compliance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up visits to customers’ locations to recover overdue loan payments.
- Adhere strictly to fair collection practices, company code of conduct, legal norms, and SOPs.
- Begin field visits promptly in the mornings and operate within time guidelines from 8AM to 7PM with dedication, honesty, and integrity.
- Input accurate and timely feedback on the company app for each case and update any new customer information accordingly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for collection consistently.
- Update repayment status regularly and escalate any field challenges to the collection manager promptly and respectfully.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Any educational qualification is acceptable.
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in collections, sales, or field operations roles.
- Fluency and strong communication skills in the local language are required.
- Demonstrate accountability for efficient and timely task completion.
- Basic understanding of loan procedures and documentation as provided during training.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities, including prioritizing visits and tasks effectively.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
