Role Overview
The Field Collection Executive position focuses on retrieving company-owned electric vehicles, batteries, and other accessories from users who are inactive or have defaulted on payments. This role requires consistent follow-up on outstanding dues and demands the execution of recovery operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Recover company assets such as EVs, batteries, and accessories from defaulters or inactive users.
- Track pending payments diligently and ensure collections are completed promptly.
- Conduct visits to designated field locations for asset recovery based on assigned cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and keep comprehensive records of all recovery processes.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, and support departments to escalate and resolve complicated cases.
- Address customer or rider disputes professionally during recovery activities.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and procedures related to asset recovery.
- Provide daily updates through management information system (MIS) reports outlining recovery progress and status.
