Electrical Technician - EV Scooter Mechanic

Overview

Zypp Electric is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Electrical Technician focused on electric two-wheeler (EV scooter) maintenance and repair. The role involves comprehensive servicing that includes diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to ensure optimal vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on electric scooters.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
• Keep detailed service records and job cards up to date.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards to maximize vehicle uptime.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in servicing and repairing two-wheelers or scooters.
• Prior experience in EV scooter repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to two-wheelers.
• Applicants should be between 18 to 45 years old.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹26,000 to ₹27,000 (in-hand).
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), overtime pay, and performance-based incentives.
• Incentives are awarded for completing beyond a minimum of eight repairs per month.

Work Schedule

The role requires working six days a week from 9:30 AM to approximately 8:30 or 9:00 PM, with four days off per month.
