Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

Adhaan Solutions is urgently seeking Field Officers for collection roles at executive and senior executive levels across multiple locations in Rajasthan including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, and more. The position involves direct payroll employment with an experience range of 0 to 3 years, suitable for candidates who have either completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting field visits and engaging directly with customers.
• Collecting overdue payments efficiently and professionally.
• Handling customer interactions and coordinating repayment processes.
• Meeting monthly collection targets and maintaining accurate reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers must have DRA certification to be eligible.
• Previous experience in collections, recovery, banking, or NBFC sectors is preferred.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license to facilitate travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual cost to company (CTC) is ₹220,000.
• A monthly travelling allowance provided, ranging from ₹3,500 to ₹5,000.
