Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of field research methods and activities.
• Plan and organize field research aligned with the defined objectives.
• Engage and communicate with relevant individuals in different field environments to collect responses.
• Support the creation and review of research reports related to team projects.
• Collect, analyze, and compile data to generate comprehensive reports of findings.
• Translate complex research data into clear and accessible presentations.
• Test various processes, policies, and protocols through implementation and evaluation.
• Provide suggestions and advise on improvements based on research insights.
• Prepare reports, white papers, and other formal research documents.
• Assist Senior Analysts with data analysis tasks as required.

Skills and Experience Required

• Hands-on experience in field research in either rural, urban, or mixed environments.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with strangers to gather information.
• Adaptable to new and unfamiliar locations and situations.
• Strong skills in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi languages is preferred.
