Job description
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to freshers who have completed training in Galileo or Amadeus systems.
- Applicants with 6 months to 5 years of hands-on ticketing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred familiarity with airline reservations, fare rules, ticket issuance, and booking protocols.
- Good command of both Hindi and English languages for effective communication.
- Basic computer skills required alongside a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing flight reservations and airline ticket bookings.
- Utilizing Galileo and/or Amadeus global distribution systems (GDS) efficiently.
- Handling issuance of tickets, processing cancellations, and modifying flight bookings as necessary.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding fares and booking information.
- Maintaining precise records of all bookings while delivering professional customer service.
