About the Role

Age Biotech in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Female Telecaller to join their team on a full-time basis. This position offers a monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000. Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers, delivering clear information about the company's pharmaceutical products.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries, offering appropriate assistance.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary.
• Accurately log all call details and customer interactions for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous communication at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident demeanor combined with polite behavior.
• Basic proficiency in both Hindi and English for effective customer communication.
