Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure prompt service and efficient operations.
• Adhere strictly to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) concerning guest service, operational processes, and personal appearance standards.
• Always report to your supervisor before leaving your station or floor for any reason.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
• Uphold all safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Comply with reasonable requests from managers or supervisors, even if outside usual duties, to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Keep your service station clean and maintained according to standards at all times.
• Develop thorough familiarity with menu offerings.
• Learn to accurately operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and follow associated procedures.
• Respect guest privacy by maintaining strict security protocols when entering guest rooms.
• Engage actively in all training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve guest experience.
• Inspect corridors for trays after delivering orders (specifically Room Service).
• Clean and dismantle trays in the dish area, ensuring no condiments or utensils like salt, pepper, or sugars are left behind.
