Role Overview
At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Belgrade, Serbia, the F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating a unique and memorable dining experience that goes beyond simply serving food and drinks. The role involves actively engaging with guests, setting up tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, offering attentive service, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This position plays a vital part in making each guest interaction feel seamless and special, aligning with the hotel’s tradition of luxury and refined hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance, attire, and communication standards at all times.
- Physically manage tasks such as standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and navigating varied floor surfaces.
- Handle restaurant equipment and objects, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Read and verify menu information to assist guests effectively.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related experience in food and beverage services.
- No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
- No mandatory licenses or certifications needed.
