Job description
Overview
This role goes beyond simply serving food to guests; it involves crafting a memorable and unique experience that extends beyond just the meal and beverages. The role demands constant physical activity, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, navigating uneven or sloped surfaces, and occasionally slippery floors. Service Experts carefully review menus for accuracy and engage in various tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items weighing under 50 pounds without assistance. They must be able to reach high areas, bend, squat, twist, stretch, and stoop. Performing these tasks effectively is critical to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.
