F&B Service Expert

Role Overview

This position involves far more than simply serving food at tables for guest enjoyment. The F&B Service Expert proactively provides a variety of services focused on creating a unique and memorable experience beyond just food and drink. Whether arranging tables, communicating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, serving, or maintaining work and storage areas, the expert integrates every task into enhancing the guest's experience.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

Success in this role requires fundamental practices such as creating a safe work environment, adhering to company guidelines and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professionalism through neat uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The job demands continuous mobility—standing, sitting, walking extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces—and physical activities such as lifting, moving, pushing, or positioning objects under 50 pounds, reaching high places, bending knees, twisting, stretching, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

The preferred educational background is completion of secondary school or possession of a General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Less than one year of relevant work experience is acceptable. No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications are required.
