Job description

Position Overview

This role involves far more than simply serving food; it focuses on crafting a distinctive, memorable experience for guests with exceptional food and beverage service. The Food and Beverage Service Expert takes proactive steps to deliver diverse services that ensure each guest enjoys their dining time. Responsibilities include preparing and setting tables, effectively communicating with the kitchen team, engaging with and serving customers, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe working environment, adhering strictly to company policies and quality standards, and presenting a professional image through uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. Tasks involve reading menus and verifying details, and physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, along with bending and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • No prior supervisory experience required.
  • No special licenses or certifications necessary.
