This role focuses on more than just serving food; it’s about crafting a memorable and distinct dining experience where food and beverages complement the hospitality. The F&B Service Expert actively engages in a diverse range of duties to ensure guests enjoy their meals, including table setup, liaising with the kitchen, guest interactions, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
The role demands physical activity involving standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods. The expert must manage menus by reading and verifying information visually and perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to certain weights, while also bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed. Adherence to safety standards, company policies, quality standards, and professional conduct in appearance and communication are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent and may have less than one year of related work experience. No supervisory background or specific licenses/certifications are required.
