F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role involves more than simply serving food. The primary goal is to create unforgettable dining experiences accompanied by excellent food and beverages. As an F&B Service Expert, you will actively engage in multiple aspects of service, including table setup, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving meals, and cleaning work areas. Your efforts ensure that every transaction becomes an enjoyable part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to maintain a safe work environment, adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, meet quality standards, and present yourself professionally through your uniform, personal grooming, and communication. Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods on various surfaces, managing menu information via reading and visual verification, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with help, involving movements such as bending, twisting, and stooping. Additional reasonable duties may be required to support operational success.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, with less than one year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience or certifications are necessary.
