F&B Service Expert (Bartender)

Overview

This role involves more than just serving food and drinks; it is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. The F&B Service Expert acts proactively, delivering a broad range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience. Duties include setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, interacting with guests, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Physical and Operational Requirements

Employees will spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking, including on uneven or slippery surfaces. The job requires managing menus through reading and visual verification, plus physically handling objects up to 25 pounds solo, or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead or below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are all part of the role. Adhering to company policies and standards, maintaining professional appearance and communication, and ensuring a safe workplace are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
• Experience: Less than one year in a related F&B role.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None necessary.
