F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role focuses on more than just serving food and drinks; it is about crafting a memorable and exceptional dining experience for every guest. Our F&B Service Experts proactively provide a broad spectrum of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals fully.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Engage with guests attentively and provide service with care.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and manage supplies diligently.
• Manage physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as part of daily duties.
• Follow all company policies including safety and quality control standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate appropriately at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and possess less than one year of relevant work experience. No prior supervisory experience or certifications are necessary.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires being on feet for extended periods, moving over uneven or slippery surfaces, and a hands-on approach to various physical tasks integral to delivering exceptional service.
