About the Role

This position is based at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli. Minor Hotels, a global hotel operator and investor with over 530 properties worldwide, seeks to enhance its Food & Beverage services through dedicated team members. The selected candidate will contribute to optimizing guest experiences, improving team performance, and advancing business goals within the hotel's Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure adherence to quality and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment.
• Develop and sustain a collaborative team atmosphere among staff members.
• Deliver prompt and courteous services aligned with brand expectations.
• Manage team member relations, promote problem-solving skills via training and empowerment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• A strong enthusiasm for leadership and collaboration within a team setting.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure operational perfection.
• Outstanding guest service aptitude.
