Position Overview

This role is centered around creating memorable dining experiences for guests, not just serving food and drinks. The Guest Service Expert handles a variety of tasks to ensure each guest enjoys their meal experience fully, such as setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining tidiness in work areas.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Employees in this position will be active, standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, and maneuvering across potentially uneven or slippery floors. They will be required to read menus accurately and physically perform tasks involving lifting, moving, or placing items up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with help. Flexibility in movement—bending, twisting, stooping—is also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Preferably less than one year of experience in related roles.
• No prior supervisory experience necessary.
• No certifications or licenses required.
