Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Captain, you will contribute significantly to the hotel’s F&B operations by maximizing guest satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and driving positive business outcomes. You are expected to uphold food safety and hygiene standards while ensuring the highest quality of product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service aligning with brand and F&B standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to hygiene protocols.
• Develop and sustain a strong team culture, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
• Manage daily team member relations and support empowerment through training and problem resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous, with Arabic speaking ability preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude with a friendly personality.
• Currently hold the role of Food & Beverage Captain or equivalent.
• Possess relevant qualifications pertinent to this position.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and flexibly within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong team player with verifiable references supporting experience in this role.
