Position Overview

We are seeking an F&B Assistant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity. Your primary working hours will be on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop duty rosters prioritizing efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure consistently high standards via upkeep and enhancement of manuals and checklists.
• Maintain our cash register systems and reservation software.
• Support F&B management in projects and help implement them successfully.
• Oversee and coordinate administrative duties throughout the F&B department.
• Perform approximately 2 hours daily of operational F&B work, spending the remainder mainly in the office.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or significant experience in F&B operations.
• Structured working style with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
