Position Overview

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate to expand your expertise in retail. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while managing the processing and stocking of fashion merchandise. You'll maintain merchandising standards including display organization and signage, contributing to a safe, clean environment. Working collaboratively with the team, you'll plan and carry out daily and seasonal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, helping locate items, supporting purchase choices, addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean, and safe workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
• Handle the processing and replenishment of all fashion merchandise efficiently.
• Keep the sales area tidy and welcoming for customers.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion products adequately.
• Ensure use and replacement of appropriate fixtures and supplies as necessary.
• Apply all signage correctly in accordance with modular guidelines and refresh seasonal merchandise displays promptly.

Additional Details

The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $19.75.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
