Key duties include stocking products, maintaining merchandising standards such as modular arrangements and signage, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and helpful customer interaction by greeting shoppers warmly, promoting products and services, assisting with locating items, aiding purchase decisions, resolving concerns, and directing issues appropriately.
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean workspace by following company protocols, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle stocking and processing of all fashion-related merchandise effectively.
• Keep the sales floor orderly and visually appealing to customers.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion products accurately.
• Ensure correct use and timely replacement of fixtures, supplies, and signage as per modular guidelines.
• Promptly replenish seasonal merchandise and execute seasonal merchandising strategies.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.75.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
