Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with friendly greetings, assisting with product promotions, and helping customers locate merchandise and make purchasing choices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment by following company safety procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle the processing and stocking of all fashion-related merchandise efficiently.
• Keep the sales floor organized and tidy to enhance the shopping experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items properly and ensure correct fixtures and supplies are in use and replenished as necessary.
• Apply accurate signage as dictated by merchandising guidelines and manage the replenishment and display of seasonal fashion items promptly.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older.
