Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate provides a valuable opportunity to build expertise in the retail sector. This role emphasizes excellent customer service while managing and maintaining fashion merchandise, ensuring displays comply with store standards, and supporting a safe and clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer interaction by warmly greeting patrons, assisting with product promotions, guiding shoppers toward merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, resolving inquiries, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensure a hazard-free and organized workspace by adhering to company safety protocols, completing safety inspections, and maintaining secure displays and fixtures.
• Handle the processing and replenishment of all fashion merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the sales floor for an attractive shopping experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items following store guidelines.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures and promptly replace supplies as required.
• Apply signage accurately in accordance with modular standards.
• Timely replenish and present seasonal fashion merchandise in alignment with promotional schedules.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position begins at $17.75 per hour. (Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 17.75.)
